Your whole office in one place — with an AI that knows the work.
Conversations, documents, spreadsheets, projects and people, together on a computer in your own office. And in every one of them, Orbit: an assistant that has read the project, knows who does what, and does the busywork — so your team can do the work.
The Harbour Hall has 14 March free.
🎉 2@ana can you confirm the budget before we book?
@Orbit what's the venue budget, and what's still open?
The venue budget is CHF 4,000 (from Launch budget). Still open:
- Book the venue — Bob, by 28 Oct
- Confirm the photographer — Carla, Friday
Sound familiar?
- “Where did we decide that?”
The answer is somewhere in a chat thread from three weeks ago — or in someone's head.
- “Which version is the right one?”
Final.docx, final-2.docx, final-REALLY.docx — in four different places.
- “Who handles this?”
New people ask, everyone guesses, and the right person finds out last.
- “Where is our data, exactly?”
Spread over five subscriptions, each with its own login, its own bill and its own servers.
Orbit Station replaces the patchwork with one place your team actually works in — and an assistant that remembers what was decided, finds the right file, and knows who to ask.
Every project gets a home.
Each project is a channel: the conversation, its files, its tasks and what Orbit knows about it, side by side. Anyone can message anyone directly. Messages arrive the moment they're sent.
- Threads keep a side discussion from taking over the channel.
- @mentions reach the right person, with a notification even when Orbit is in the background.
- Reactions, edits and files — drop a contract or a photo straight into the conversation.
- Unread counts and presence: see what's new and who's around (online, away, offline).
Ask the colleague who's read everything.
Write @Orbit in any channel and it answers right there, for everyone to see — from the project's own tasks, documents and notes, not from guesswork.
- “What did we decide about the venue?” — it finds the decision and who made it.
- “Add a task for Carla to confirm the photographer by Friday.” — done, on the project's list.
- “Draft the press release as a document.” — it's in Office, shared with the project.
- It never brings anyone's private email, calendar or notes into a shared conversation.
Documents, spreadsheets and every file — in one shared place.
Drives for you, for everyone and for each project; folders inside them; drag a file to where it belongs. Write in Orbit's own documents and spreadsheets, or keep any file as it is.
- Docs on a real page — headings, lists, links — that print and save as PDF.
- Sheets with formulas: SUM, AVERAGE, ROUND, IF and more.
- Any file: PDFs, pictures, video and text open right there. Word and Excel come in and go out.
- Ready-to-fill templates: meeting notes, letters, reports, invoices, budgets, timesheets.
- Orbit writes into them: “add a VAT column at 8.1%”, “summarise this contract”.
Know what's yours, and what's happening.
Every project keeps its tasks — with who's on each and when it's due — and what everyone should know about it. Your Home page shows your tasks across all of them and what your team did since you last looked.
- Tasks with owners and due dates; overdue ones stand out.
- Project knowledge Orbit learns from the conversations — decisions, dates, who handles what.
- An activity feed: new files, finished tasks, new chats.
Never wonder who to ask again.
A directory of everyone in the office — role, team, and whether they're around right now — with buttons to message them in Station, email them or call them. Orbit knows it too: ask “who handles invoices?” and get a name and the reason.
It gets smarter with every conversation.
Learns how your office works. After a conversation, Orbit keeps what helps next time — how you do expense reports, which client wants what, where the templates live.
Shares only work knowledge. A fixed check keeps anything personal out — health, family, money, opinions about people. Your own chats stay yours.
You stay in charge. Everyone can see what the team knows; the admin can remove anything, and sees where each item came from.
New people catch up fast. On day one, Orbit already knows the processes, the projects and who to ask.
Private by design. Yours by default.
- Runs in your office
Station lives on a computer you own. Your conversations and files are stored there — not on our servers. We don't have any.
- AI without the cloud
Choose a private model that runs on your own computer, and nothing anyone asks ever leaves the building. Or use Claude or GPT with your own key.
- Rules for the AI
The admin decides what Orbit may do for anyone: send email, use the web, change files. What's off, Orbit simply can't do.
- An audit log
Sign-ins (and failed ones), account changes, settings, projects — who did what, and when.
- Each person's own space
Personal chats, notes, email and calendar are private to each person — not visible to colleagues, not even to the admin.
- Safe by default
Passwords stored as hashes, sessions that expire, shared files that can't run code, and HTTPS when you put it behind your own certificate.
Set up in an afternoon.
- 1Install it on one computer
Any Windows PC that stays on during working hours. Choose Host this office and create the admin account.
- 2Add your team
Make an account for each person under Admin, pick the AI model, add your name and logo.
- 3Everyone joins
Colleagues install Station and type the office's address — or simply open it in a browser. That's it.
No servers to rent, no IT project, no per-seat cloud bill. It keeps itself up to date.
One app instead of a stack.
Questions
What do we need to run it?
One Windows computer that's on during working hours to host the office. Everyone else uses the Station app on Windows, or any modern browser on the office network.
Does it need the internet?
Only to download it and its updates. With a private model running on the host computer, everything — conversations, files and the AI — works on your office network alone.
Which AI does it use?
Your choice: Claude or GPT with your own API key, or private models (like Gemma, Qwen or Llama) that run on the host computer. The admin picks one for the whole office.
Can the admin read my private chats?
No. Your own chats with Orbit, notes, email and calendar are yours alone. The admin manages accounts and settings and sees the audit log; shared channels and projects are visible to the people in them.
How big a team is it for?
Small and medium offices — a studio, a practice, an agency, a branch. There are no per-person fees and no limit on accounts.
What happens if the host computer is off?
Station pauses until it's back on; nothing is lost. Everything is stored on that computer, so back it up like any important machine.
Can we bring our existing files?
Yes. Upload any file — Word and Excel files can become editable documents and spreadsheets — and download anything as Word, Excel, CSV or PDF whenever you like.
How much will it cost?
We'll share pricing at launch. There will be no per-seat cloud subscription for your data, because your data never sits in our cloud.
Your office, together. Be one of the first.
Orbit Station is in its final stretch. Leave your email and your office gets an invite before it opens to everyone — and once it's running, it keeps itself up to date.
