The app

Orbit keeps your chats, notes, tasks, memories and settings in a folder on your own computer. We don't run a server that sees them. If you choose an online model (Claude, GPT), what you send it goes to that provider with your own key; with a local model nothing leaves your computer.

Orbit contacts orbitstation.space only to check for updates and to activate your license key. Those requests carry your license key and your computer's name (so you can see your activations) — nothing from your chats or files.

Bug reports

Only when you send one. You see the full report first; your email addresses, phone numbers, keys and user name are taken out before it's sent, and the chat is included only if you tick the box. Reports are stored privately for fixing bugs.

The early-access list

If you join the list, we keep your email address, which app and system you chose, the date and your country (from your connection). We use it only to email you about your invite and the launch. It's stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. To be removed, reply to any email or write to us.

Purchases

Lemon Squeezy processes orders as merchant of record. It collects your name, email, billing country and payment details under its privacy policy; we receive your name, email and order details, and never your card details.

This website

No analytics and no tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address. The checkout window is Lemon Squeezy's and may set its own cookies.
